A standard boiler replacement usually takes 1 day. If it’s a full system change or includes relocating pipework or radiators, it will take longer. We’ll always give you a clear timescale before we begin.

It’s ideal to be available when we arrive to run through the plan, but you don’t need to be present for the entire job. We’re fully insured, respectful of your home, and will keep you updated throughout.

Yes — we’ll safely remove and dispose of your old boiler, flue, and any redundant parts in line with environmental regulations. No skip or mess needed.

Absolutely. All our engineers are fully qualified and registered with Gas Safe. You’ll receive a certificate for your installation once the job is completed and tested.

We don’t currently offer finance in-house, but many of our customers use Kandoo — a third-party finance platform — to spread the cost. We can share the link and assist with the application.

We install energy-efficient boilers from trusted brands like Worcester, Ideal, and Baxi — all of which come with a minimum 5-year manufacturer warranty, with some models offering up to 10–12 years depending on the boiler chosen (subject to annual servicing).

Once the installation is complete, we’ll register the boiler with the manufacturer and Gas Safe, issue your compliance certificate, and send over a copy of your warranty. You’ll also receive a thank-you email and guidance on ongoing maintenance.
