Annual boiler servicing isn’t just good practice — it’s one of the smartest ways to keep your heating system running safely and efficiently.

A full service helps spot issues early, such as corrosion, leaks or worn components, before they turn into costly breakdowns. It also helps your boiler run more efficiently, saving you money on your energy bills and helping to keep your home warm through winter.

And if your boiler is still under warranty, an annual service is usually required to keep it valid.

Flue integrity check and flue-gas analyser test to confirm safe combustion/air–gas ratio

Report & Records

Provide a e-service report/Checklist and update the Benchmark record; note that a Gas Safety (CP12) certificate isn’t automatically included with a service
